RXHSA Communication Responsibilities

WHAT WHO WHEN
Develop an RXHSA organizational chart and forward to each State President.    
Develop an RXHSA annual calendar of events that is date and activity specific and forward to State President.   Within 90 days of the annual meeting.
Develop a two-year work plan that includes goals and objectives and how they will be achieved and forward to State Presidents. RXHSA Board of Directors Within 90 days of the annual meeting, and every two years thereafter.
Generate a two-year budget which is justified in the context of the two-year work plan. Finance Committee Within 90 days of the annual meeting.
Compile a roster of the Association members and forward to State Presidents. Secretary February 15, each year.
WHAT WHO WHEN
Record minutes of membership and Board meetings and distribute to State Presidents. Secretary Within two weeks of meetings.
Compile a summary report of NHSA activities for each meeting attended and distribute to State Presidents. NHSA Director Representative Within two weeks of meetings.
Generate an annual report which is presented to the membership. Executive Committee Annually at the meeting of the membership.
Provide Regional Association bylaws to members through states. RXHSA Board of Directors and State Membership Committees As new members are added.
Provide a state organizational chart to RXHSA President. State President February 28 each year.
WHAT WHO WHEN
Provide State Association Bylaws to the RXHSA President State President February 28 each year.
Provide an annual calendar of State events that is date and activity specific to the RXHSA President State President February 28 each year.
Pay dues and provide a membership roster of members in good standing. Treasurer and/or Secretary By January 30 each year.
Provide a State work plan to the RXHSA President. State President By February 28 each year.
Distribute minutes of State Association membership meetings to the RXHSA President. Secretary of each state. Within two weeks of meetings.
WHAT WHO WHEN
Compile and submit State issues to RXHSA Board for inclusion in Regional goals and objectives, and for consideration at the national level. Regional Representatives Annual Meetings and quarterly meetings as additional issues may develop.
Develop state resolutions as may be responsive to state needs and submit to the RXHSA Board. State Memberships Prior to January meeting of the Board.
Orient and train Regional representatives after their election. State Executive Committees Within 30 days of election.
Support the attendance of Regional representatives at all required meetings to articulate State Association views and interest, act on behalf of each state, and clarify issues for State Presidents and members. State Association / Executive Committees Quarterly
